Zero Drift – Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the Zero Drift application, website, software, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Zero Drift is an experimental productivity, accountability, and performance-tracking platform built using a combination of AI-assisted development, automated code generation, and third-party infrastructure providers.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

The Service is developed using AI-generated and “vibe-coded” software

The Service may contain bugs, errors, outages, data inconsistencies, or unexpected behavior

Features may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice

Data loss, corruption, or inaccuracies may occur

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

3. No Professional Advice

Zero Drift does not provide financial, legal, medical, mental health, or professional advice of any kind.

All insights, prompts, analytics, suggestions, or outputs are:

Informational only

Not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate

Used entirely at your own risk

You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on your use of the Service.

4. Confidentiality & Implied NDA

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you may be exposed to:

Proprietary ideas

Unreleased features

Experimental workflows

Internal logic, systems, and methodologies

You agree that:

All non-public aspects of Zero Drift are confidential

Your access to the Service constitutes agreement to an implied Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

You will not copy, share, reverse-engineer, disclose, or exploit any proprietary information without prior written consent

This obligation survives termination of your access.

5. User Data & Sensitive Information

You agree not to input sensitive, regulated, or critical data into the Service, including but not limited to:

Social Security numbers

Banking or payment credentials

Government IDs

Passwords

Protected health information (PHI)

Confidential business secrets

While Zero Drift makes reasonable efforts to handle data responsibly, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with experimental software and AI-assisted development.

6. Data Security & Access Control

Zero Drift will make commercially reasonable efforts to:

Restrict data access to authorized personnel only

Apply internal access controls

Follow general security best practices

However, you acknowledge that:

No system is 100% secure

Unauthorized access, breaches, or failures may occur

Zero Drift does not guarantee absolute data security

7. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure

Zero Drift relies on multiple third-party platforms and vendors, including but not limited to:

Replit

Hosting providers

Databases

APIs

AI model providers

Analytics and monitoring tools

You agree that:

Zero Drift does not control these third parties

Their performance, security, uptime, and policies are outside of our control

Failures, outages, breaches, or losses caused by third parties are not the responsibility of Zero Drift

Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms of those third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Drift, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

Data loss or corruption

Financial loss

Business interruption

Theft, hacking, or unauthorized access

Personal, professional, or operational damages

Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

This applies even if Zero Drift was advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge that:

You use the Service at your own risk

The Service is experimental and evolving

You assume full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from your use

Zero Drift makes no guarantees regarding reliability, accuracy, availability, or future continuity of the Service.

10. No Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability

Fitness for a particular purpose

Non-infringement

Data accuracy

Uptime or availability

11. Termination

Zero Drift reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate your access at any time

Modify or discontinue the Service without notice

Remove content or accounts at its sole discretion

You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logic, branding, workflows, and content associated with Zero Drift are the exclusive property of Zero Drift unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or licensing rights beyond limited use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

Zero Drift may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zero Drift regarding use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
